Seek Now (Ladder Now) team members are officially classified as “Essential Infrastructure Workforce” status of work according to the Department of Homeland Security. This essential status is determined as “a service provider essential to maintain the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences.” This essential status is classified under various categories including Construction and Financial institutions – Insurance.

On 03/25/2020, Seek Now received official notification from Pennsylvania Governor, Tom Wolf’s office that Seek Now “appears to be within a life-sustaining business sector that contributes to the health and safety of Pennsylvania.”)

Seek Now contractors are the official designated representatives of the country’s top 100 insurance carriers. All Seek Now contractors are following strict safety and security guidelines to ensure public well-being, based on guidance from the CDC/FEMA.
