Brannon Lacey Appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Seek Now; Russ Carroll Transitions to Chief Seeker
LOUISVILLE, Ky.–Seek Now, a leading provider of on-demand, ground-truth property data solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Brannon Lacey as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Lacey joins Seek Now to build upon the strong foundation established by Russ Carroll, bringing extensive experience in technology and service-driven leadership to further advance the company’s mission and drive growth and innovation.
With over a decade of experience in software and tech-enabled services profit-and-loss (P&L) leadership, Lacey has a proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and transformation across diverse industries, including cloud computing, HR services, cybersecurity, data protection, and financial services. Previously, he served as CEO of Worksoft, a test automation software company; CEO of Arcserve, a data protection and cybersecurity company; and President of Peoplescout, a recruitment process outsourcing company.

Seek Now founder Russ Carroll, who has led the company since its inception in 2012, will continue to play a pivotal role within the organization as ‘Chief Seeker.’ In this role, Carroll will lead Seek Now’s team of over 950 home inspectors, known as ‘Seekers,’ and foster the strong relationships with insurance carriers that have been fundamental to the company’s success. His continued leadership will ensure the company’s core values, innovative culture, and customer-first approach remain firmly in place as it enters its next chapter.
