Carriers who already partner with Seek Now for inspections can turn on Fast Scheduler to give the inspection scheduling power directly to the homeowner.
This not only frees up adjusters and buys them back valuable time, it also provides your customers with ease and convenience to coordinate from their personal device without the back and forth that comes with traditional scheduling methods.

How It Works
Homeowner reports first notice of loss.
Adjuster requests inspection in Seek Now portal, which goes to our unscheduled bank.
From there, a Fast Scheduler notification is sent directly to the homeowner via text and/or email (at the Carrier’s discretion).
Using the links provided in the invitation, the homeowner is prompted to schedule their claims inspection and has the benefit of electing a date/time that works best for them.
After the adjuster and the homeowner receive confirmation of the elected inspection window, a series of appointment communications are sent to the homeowner, so they know what to expect at every step – including the full name and a photo of their assigned Seek Now inspector.
When the inspection is complete, the homeowner is invited to take a survey gauging their overall experience of both the use of Fast Scheduler and the quality of service provided by the Seek Now Inspector. Carriers also have access to this performance data for full transparency and to help measure ROI.
