What This Means For You
Our Field Inspectors are equipped to capture the photos required for a HOVER report to be produced on every eligible claim—spending less time on-site and allowing adjusters to resolve more claims with higher efficiency.
HOVER reports can be ordered at any time—before or after an inspection is complete. Customers can choose to order a HOVER report only when there is storm damage reported in the inspection, saving carriers money.
Ordering options are always available within My Inspections in the Scheduling Portal. Adjusters can choose the type of HOVER report they need and will receive an email notification when the report is complete and available for download, simplifying the ordering process and saving time.
Completed HOVER reports are available within the My Files section of the Scheduling Portal, giving adjusters easy access at all times. Adjusters can also track the status of their HOVER orders within the File Order Status section, providing transparency throughout the process.
