Seek Now: Exclusive Recruiter at Yellow Ribbon Event

Seek Now was the only company invited to provide employment opportunities to Air Force Reserves at the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Event in San Diego, CA.

This honor- to have a seat at the table with organizations like American Red Cross and Wounded Warrior Project- speaks to the outstanding work Seek Now has done to support our nation’s service members.

What is the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP)?

“The Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) is a DoD-wide effort to promote the well-being of National Guard and Reserve members, their families and communities, by connecting them with resources throughout the deployment cycle.”

Recognizing Seek Now’s Impact and Engagement

With a booth manned by Director of Process Improvement and DRIVE Academy Mark Adams, Field Inspector Andrew Babcock, and Product Marketing Associate Riley Murphy, Seek Now shared its incomparable career opportunities and rich military history, while acquiring prospective interest for future Field Inspectors.  

“Seek Now is the only company here,” said Master Sergeant Kaitlyn Kellam, coordinator of the event. “The Yellow Ribbon Program is about helping people and providing a glimmer of hope to those going to and coming back from deployment. Seek Now does that because you’re a legitimate option with the history and people to prove it, not a company ‘selling’ something.”  

“This is a national event with people coming from all over the country,” said Mark Adams, Director of Process Improvement and 20 Year Airforce Veteran. “People- especially those traveling on deployment- are looking to work from their home bases, and as a national-level organization with opportunities across the contiguous US, we can meet them where they’re at and that’s what we’ve always been about.”
