Announcing 2020 New Hires

Seek Now, like many companies across the globe, has navigated through a challenging 2020 due to the current worldwide pandemic. Our success as a company through this trying time has been thanks to the efforts of several key hires over the last several months. These announcements also come as Seek Now continues to activate on a strategic growth plan that evolves the catalog of services and increases market share in the Property & Casualty inspection space, as well as an introduction into real estate and visual capture through its acquisition of HouseLens. We are excited to introduce you to our 2020 new hires.

Meet Our 2020 New Hires

Mary Shelley was hired in late 2019 as vice president of human resources. Mary has over 18 years of experience in the human resources field, including tenure with American Express, T-Mobile, and Café Press. Shelley will work within the existing human resources department to further develop the recruiting and onboarding experience and expand the workforce to accommodate future growth.

Brian Prentice joined the team as the director of field operations. Brian will lead a team of Regional Field Managers who provide leadership, improve processes and scale the National Field Operations team. Brian has over 20 years of administration and national claims experience with several of the country’s top 10 insurance carriers.

Cori Dillahunty has been hired as senior product manager within the Research & Development Department. In this new role, Cori will define and drive our software development product roadmap, prioritizing innovative product initiatives based on current and future business goals. Cori brings over 18 years of product and project management experience within the software development industry.

Jasmine Proaño has been hired as director of performance marketing within the Marketing & Communications Department. Jasmine’s role will be focused on marketing and relationship building with the Seek Now National Field Network, as well as introducing and expanding the company’s CRM engagement efforts for external relationships.

Josh Whelan has been hired as culture and contractor relations manager. In this newly developed culture role, Josh will be responsible for engaging with the National Field Network on contractor satisfaction and retention. Josh re-joins the Seek Now team after previously serving as a Regional Field Manager within the Operations Department.

In addition to these key strategic hires, Seek Now is currently seeking several other positions to join the organization in strategic roles and contractor positions including several Software Development and various technologies with various levels of experience, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding Compliance Coordinator, and Field Inspectors nationwide.
