New Hires & Promotions, November 2020
As 2020 comes to a close, Seek Now is continuing to build and promote in workforce, despite the trying times across the globe. These new hires and promotions impact all areas of the business including real estate, contractor development, marketing, sales, quality assurance, and more.
Brent Whaley
Brent Whaley has been hired as operations manager, real estate. Brent has over 20 years of operations experience, with stints at Xerox and Intrado; building teams for growth and top-level performance while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Brent will be responsible for overall operations of Seek Now’s real estate and visual capture marketing services.
Frank Hinkle and Andrew Quintero
Frank Hinkle and Andrew Quintero have been hired as contractor development field leads. The Contractor Development Field Lead roles will provide support to the national subcontractor network by organizing, scheduling, and planning offsite development opportunities. Frank has been in the insurance industry for more than 20 years, having spent 15 years as a catastrophe adjuster for several of the country’s top insurance carriers. Andrew has previously been a member of Seek Now’s national network of subcontractors.
Kevin Staebler
Kevin Staebler joined Seek Now earlier in 2020 as director of information technology (IT) enterprise structure. Kevin’s role will focus on overseeing the infrastructure of technical software operations, as well as maintaining the organization’s internal usage of technology and systems. Kevin’s career includes over 15 years in IT with companies including Passport Health Plans, Long John Silver’s, and Yum! Brands.
Amy Cadarette
Amy Cadarette has been promoted to quality assurance supervisor. Amy’s new role is focused on leading a team of professionals with a concentration on building and maintaining quality processes that ensure the output of products and services our customers receive. Amy joined Seek Now in 2016 and has been a part of both the dispatch team and Solo Inspections department.
Julia Hesselbrock
Julia Hesselbrock has been promoted to creative manager within the Marketing & Communications Department. Julia will now oversee brand representation across all visual elements, including Seek Now’s upcoming advancement into the smart phone app market. Julia joined Seek Now in 2018 as a Graphic Designer.
Jim Donovan
Jim Donovan has been promoted to carrier relations representative manager. In his new role, Jim will lead a team of Carrier Relations Representatives who focus on maintaining relationships with a current directory of customers, and onboarding experience of future customers. Jim joined Seek Now in 2019 as a Carrier Relations Manager.
In addition to these key strategic hires, Seek Now is currently seeking several other positions to join the organization in technology and sales positions including Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Carrier Relations Representative, additional Contractor Development Field Leads, and Field Inspectors nationwide.
